Exchange & Return

All exchanges/ returns will only be processed after prior approval from our team. 

The following are not eligible for exchanges/ returns:

  • Sales/ marked down items.
  • Items purchased from third parties.
  • Items that are damaged by customers, including but not limited to after trying/ washing.

  • Defective/ Incorrect items

    We apologise for the mistake.

    Kindly email to shoplaurasg@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the defects within 7 days from the date when you receive your order. We will reach out to you within 1 - 2 working days on the next steps. 

    All defective/ incorrect items will be offered a one-to-one exchange if the item is in-stock. Otherwise, a full refund will be offered.

    Do note that items with a measurement discrepancy of up to 0.8” are not considered defective. However, you may still opt for an exchange or return if the criteria are met. Please view below for more information on exchanges/ returns. 

    Exchanges

    To request an exchange, kindly email to shoplaurasg@gmail.com with your order number.

    All one-to-one exchanges will be via tracked mail*. The delivery charges for both the return and the re-delivery will be fully borne by the customer. No reimbursements will be given for delivery charges. 

    Customers are to arrange for the return of the merchandise to the warehouse. LAURA will not be responsible for any missing/ damaged package until it reaches our warehouse.

    The exchanged item will only be dispatched after we have verified the condition of the item. 

    *Should you opt for normal untracked mail (both ways), LAURA will not be responsible for lost mail. 

    Exchange Criteria:

    • Exchange requests are to be made within 7 days upon receiving your order.
    • Regular priced item
    • Item in its original condition as when received (i.e. in its original plastic packaging, LAURA tag, unworn, unwashed, unscented).
    • Additional top up for any price difference of the exchanged items will be borne by the customer. There will be no refunds if exchanging to a lower priced item.

    Kindly note that we only do one time exchange. While stocks last.

    Returns

    To request for return, kindly email to shoplaurasg@gmail.com, with your order number.

    All returns must be via tracked mail, fully borne by the customer. No reimbursements will be given for delivery charges. LAURA will not be responsible for any missing/ damaged package until it reaches our warehouse.

    All returns will be refunded strictly in store credits (with 2 years validity). The store credits will be issued wafter we have verified the condition of the item returned.
